Requirements : This training is intended for people who have already spent a considerable amount of time practicing handstands and can hold a solid handstand for at least 30 to 60 seconds.
What we will cover :
- Refinement of Handstand Alignment
- Physical Preparation for Advanced Handstand
- How to use of the wall to improve alignment and balance
- Mounts and Press to Handstand
- Strength, Flexibility and Endurance for Handstand
- Exploration of Handstand Movements
- One Arm Handstand Work based on your starting level
- Work on Cubes
- Personalised Assistance, Spotting and Feedback from both teachers
Workshop Schedule
Handstand Workshop price for 6 days of Intensive Handstand (workshop fee only):
1160 euros - BOOK BEFORE July 30th !

For the payment of the workshop : 50% deposit required at sign up. The rest of the balance by September 5th 2025.

2- Book Tao's Center (service, hosting, meals, lodging...)
Once we you have booked your handstand workshop with Herelle from Upside Under, and have received confirmation, you will need to contact Tao's Center.
The payments for Tao's center and the payment for the hotel will be on site.
