Trainings

  • Is it a problem if my English is not fluent ? The workshop will be taught in English, but a lot of our attendees over the last years did not have English as their first language, and it has never posed a problem.
  • How much training will there be ? Over the last years, we have perfected the amount of handstand and strength and flexibility training we do over the week. The workshop will be 2 sessions of 3h per day (1 session only on first and last day). Each day is different, and as such we couple the physically more challenging exercices with less challenging parts to make sure each participant can enjoy the full week of training. However, since the group can be diverse in terms of training capacity, there is always room for extra training, just as there is freedom for others to respect their limitations and sit back to take notes if training gets too intense.
