For the last couple of years, Yuval Ayalon has been teaching handstands to groups and individuals around the World. While continuing to explore his own practice, he developed his own style of teaching handstand.

Our program is dedicated to all those who want to deepen their understanding and technique of hand balancing and spend a good amount of time being upside down. This Handstand Intensive is taking place on the beautiful island of Paros, Greece. We have partnered with Tao's Center in Paros, Greece to offer you the best experience possible.
Tao’s is a meditation, yoga, wellness and retreat center on the beautiful Greek island of Paros.
The center offers daily classes, therapies, workshops, retreats and long-stay programs, dedicated to the practice of awareness and wellbeing. Either participating in our activities, dining at our delicious Asian restaurant or simply relaxing, taking in the serene view of the full moon rising over Naxos island, having a coffee or glass of wine, reconnecting with yourself and with others, you’re always welcome.
